Liner notes

Crafted with Grandma’s love.

Passed down with care since 1978, every bowl carries the same sincerity and warmth that first made Mijin a home for so many in Seoul.

Our Gwanghwamun restaurant has drawn daily queues since 1954 for delicately chewy buckwheat noodles in a clear, savoury broth of premium dried seafood, fresh vegetables and 14 natural ingredients.

The founder’s in-laws were remembered for sharing food with everyone, whatever their status. That spirit of generosity lives on in every bowl we serve.
